Description
FAPA YPG will bring 20 second generation Taiwanese Americans and non-Taiwanese on an electoral observation mission to Taiwan—specifically Taipei and Kaohsiung—during the mayoral elections in December 2006. Attendees will visit governmental and non-governmental organizations, participate in open discussions with college students and young adults, join local election rallies, visit campaign headquarters and meet government officials.
How to Apply
Participants reviewed on a rolling basis. Please download, complete, and submit the application to Iris Ho by midnight on Sunday, October 15. Applicants will be notified on Friday, October 20 about selection results. Update: The deadline has been extended to midnight, Saturday, October 27th. Applicants will be notified by October 30th.
